2.1. Information Purpose Only: All content on this Site—including product specifications, clinical screening overviews, and technical documentation—is for informational and promotional purposes only and does not constitute direct medical advice or clinical diagnosis.
2.2. Professional Use: Healthcare practitioners and clinical personnel using our monitoring devices are solely responsible for patient diagnosis, treatment decisions, and direct clinical management.
2.3. Emergency Situations: Our equipment and software data feeds are not intended for real-time high-risk life-support emergencies unless specifically designated. Patients experiencing medical emergencies must contact local emergency medical services immediately.
3.1. Custom Orders: Custom specifications, private label branding, firmware integration, and tailored packaging design (OEM/ODM) are subject to formal written technical agreements and commercial contracts.
3.2. Intellectual Property: Proprietary device architecture, firmware, embedded software, and Site designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Shanghai Berry Electronic Tech Co., Ltd. unless otherwise explicitly transferred under signed agreement.
4.1. Quotations: B2B price quotes requested via the Site or email inquiry are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
4.2. Invoicing & Payment: Final payment terms (e.g., Wire Transfer/TT, Letter of Credit, or online gateway payments) will be specified in the binding Commercial Invoice or Purchase Order.
4.3. Shipping & Customs: Delivery terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP) are finalized during order confirmation. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, Buyer is responsible for import clearances, local customs duties, and taxes in the destination country.
5.1. Limited Manufacturer Warranty: Standard medical monitors and pulse oximeter hardware are covered by a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of delivery.
5.2. Warranty Exclusions: Warranty coverage does not apply to damages resulting from improper storage, unauthorized disassembly, water/fire hazards, accidental dropping, or failure to operate the hardware according to product manuals.
5.3. Return Authorization: Returned products will not be accepted without prior written approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our customer service team.
6.1. We are committed to maintaining data privacy and security for all client inquiries and data sync services.
6.2. Any client data collected via our contact forms, lead submission forms, or IoT gateways is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable international data protection standards.

8.2. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding international commercial arbitration.
